Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage at HOTEL BABYLON-INN PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Raipur. The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee the operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, training and supervising staff, maintaining high culinary standards, implementing efficient food service workflows, and ensuring that budgets and cost controls are continuously adhered to for optimal profitability. The role involves fostering a positive dining experience and identifying opportunities for menu innovation and improvement.
