Job role:
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Director to lead our FP&A team in Managed Services for the banking industry, delivering end-to-end financial planning and analysis operations and strategic process enhancements leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).. This role will act as the single point of contact for the client, driving FP&A process operations, strategic improvements, and transformation initiatives in close collaboration with client leadership.
In addition to client delivery, the Director will contribute to KPMG's practice development in FP&A as a Service and FP&A transformation, shaping offerings and go-to-market strategies in this emerging space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of FP&A operations and strategic initiatives
- Lead a Managed Services team of 30+ resources, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SLAs, contribute to the growth and scale up
- Oversee FP&A process optimization and transformation programs
- Drive new initiatives within FP&A as a Service and contribute to KPMG's broader FP&A transformation practice
- Support in sales enablement and provide thought leadership in FP&A transformation
What we are looking for:
- Qualified CA/CPA/MBA with 15+ years of experience in FP&A function in the banking industry
- Must have been a FP&A process owner within a major banking institution.
- Strong background in FP&A transformation programs, including design and implementation.
- Hands-on understanding of SAP SAC; familiarity with other EPM tools such as Oracle, Anaplan is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
