Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance management, with a strong background in corporate finance, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the organization's goals
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Manage the finance department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital expenditures
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial performance

Skills and Qualifications

• 17-18 years of experience in finance or accounting management
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
