This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Finance and Operations, located in Noida. The Director of Finance and Operations will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and implementing financial strategies to support the growth and stability of the company. In addition, the director will handle operational tasks, ensuring efficient processes and resource management.

• Financial Planning and Financial Statements skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance experience
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
