Summary
Lead global B2B sales and strategic business development for a design-driven consulting startup. Drive new customer acquisition among mid-to-large enterprises, manage high-value accounts, and lead consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders. Collaborate with UI/UX and delivery teams to position cutting-edge solutions. Mentor the BD team and foster high-performance growth practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new logo/client acquisition and strategic enterprise account growth
- Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales for UX/IT and transformation engagements
- Represent THEM at key industry, client, and strategic events
- Mentor/coach BDMs and align with marketing and delivery teams
- Use CRM, analytics, and automation for insightful sales management and forecasting
- Position UI/UX and technology capabilities in a business-centric context
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of B2B business development, at Director/Head BD level
- Success in new client acquisition and strategic sales for consulting sector
- Proven experience handling CXO/enterprise deals and building commercial relationships
- Proficient with CRM and digital selling/marketing tools; strong analytics background
- Superb communication, commercial acumen, and leadership experience
- MBA (preferably global), prior Big 4/Tier-1 or high-growth consulting background
