What You'll Be Doin
- gLead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence
- .Provide hands-on technical leadership across mobile architecture, development, and engineering best practices
- .Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the engineering team—from code generation and code reviews to testing, debugging, and incident analysis—to improve development quality and velocity
- .Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile features and strategic initiatives, ensuring high quality, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives
- .Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver impactful products
- .Act as the technical authority for complex mobile engineering challenges while ensuring the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of mobile applications
