We are seeking a Director of Engineering with deep expertise in product engineering to lead and scale our engineering teams. Technical Leadership & Product Engineering

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.

• Architect, design, and implement best-in-class software solutions, emphasizing scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies (cloud, microservices, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.) and drive their adoption where relevant.

• Guide teams in selecting the right tech stack, architecture, and engineering practices for product development.

Engineering Management & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Establish and refine engineering processes, agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices to improve development velocity and quality.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product management, UX, and business teams.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Partner with product and business leaders to define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Balance speed and quality by making data-driven engineering and product decisions.

• Define and track key engineering and product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvements.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to product delivery, security, and scalability.

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration

• Act as a technology advisor to leadership, translating complex technical challenges into business impacts.

• Work closely with customers and partners to understand market needs and translate them into scalable product features.

• Drive cost-effective engineering strategies while maintaining quality and innovation.

Key Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles (Engineering Manager, Director, or equivalent).

• Proven expertise in product engineering, SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, and modern development methodologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD.

• Experience in building and scaling engineering teams across multiple geographies.

• Excellent understanding of agile, lean product development, and DevOps principles.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in top product companies such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple, or other FAANG companies is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking & Financial Services, AI-driven products, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or data engineering is an advantage.

• Experience working in high-growth startups or large-scale enterprise environments.
