Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Technology Strategy & Execution :
  • Define and communicate the company's technology strategy to internal and external stakeholders (Board, Investors).
  • Partner with Co-Founders and leadership to align on product and technology vision.
  • Discover and adopt new technologies to enhance business capabilities and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and meet high-performance standards.
  • Create architectural blueprints for internal products and client solutions.

2 . Lead full development lifecycle:

  • requirements gathering, planning, architecture, implementation, deployment, and support.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, business, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
  • Establish robust QA practices, testing pipelines, and data protection processes.
  • Guide the documentation of best practices, coding standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Define and oversee the SDLC including CI/CD, DevOps, versioning, and testing workflows.

3 . Team & Talent Management :

  • Lead, inspire, and grow an in-house and external team of engineers and technical partners.
  • Drive performance, efficiency, and culture across the technology organization.
  • Mentor engineering managers and ensure technical excellence through code reviews, architectural oversight, and peer feedback.
  • Lead strategic hiring for future growth and build a strong technical leadership pipeline.

Requirements :

  • 12+ years in the tech industry, including prior experience as Head of Engineering, CTO, or Technical Director in product or consulting companies.
  • Proven experience leading architecture and development of digital products from MVP to scale.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a history of building and scaling engineering teams.
  • Proficient in: Frontend & Backend: JavaScript, Node.js, React o Databases: MongoDB, SQL, DBA practices , Mobile Development: Flutter, Dart, GetX o Cloud: AWS, Azure o Other: ETL pipelines, DevOps, APIs, QA methodologies
  • Deep understanding of modern full-stack architecture (e.g., MERN), software engineering best practices, and product-market alignment.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with prioritization.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical topics for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a solid understanding of business strategy and planning.
