• Define and execute the engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions across multiple teams.
• Establish best practices for software development, system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevOps, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and business, to drive product development.
• Oversee technical roadmaps, ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects.
• Ensure high system reliability, availability, and performance, proactively addressing scalability challenges.
• Champion innovation, open-source contributions, and continuous learning within the organization.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency.

Some specific Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in scaling and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python with experience in full-stack development.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure management.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices, distributed systems, and API architectures.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Experience in handling high-scale applications with millions of users.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
