About the Role

We are hiring a technology leader who can build better digital products, strengthen our core platforms, and help our teams move faster with AI.

This is a role for someone who can take big ideas and turn them into working products, simpler systems, and stronger engineering teams. We want a hands-on leader with a builder mindset — practical, fast, and focused on real outcomes.

• Lead the development of digital products and shared technology platforms
• Turn business ideas into simple products that customers can use and teams can scale
• Build stronger engineering teams with clear ownership and faster execution
• Use AI in practical ways to improve how we design, build, test, and launch products
• Remove complexity, improve speed, and raise product quality
• Set a clear technology direction that supports growth

What we are looking for

• Experience leading engineering or product technology teams
• 15+ Years of solid engineering background
• Track record of building products or platforms that delivered clear business results
• Strong understanding of modern software and scalable systems
• Experience using AI in products or to improve software development
• Strong people leadership with a hands-on style
• Ability to simplify problems and get things done
