The Role
- Grow the Team: Mentor and support a team of engineering managers and developers. You're there to help them win and grow their careers.
- Set the Vision: Build the long-term tech roadmap. You'll decide where we invest our time and technology for the future.
- Talk Tech: Dive into complex system designs with your team, weigh the pros and cons, and keep our platform fast, stable, and clean.
- Deliver Together: Partner with Product and Design teams to build features our users love—and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Handle the Big Stuff: Step in to smooth things over with customers if complex technical issues pop up.
About You
- The Experience: You have 15+ years in software engineering (mostly in fast-growing startups or tech companies) and 5+ years leading teams of 20+ people.
- The Tech Brain: You deeply understand how to build and scale modern software (SaaS experience is a huge plus).
- The Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving tricky problems, and don't need a rulebook to lead effectively.
