We're looking for a seasoned leader to guide our engineering team, shape our technical future, and help us scale. If you love coaching talented people, solving complex tech puzzles, and turning big ideas into great products, we want to talk.

The Role

  • Grow the Team: Mentor and support a team of engineering managers and developers. You're there to help them win and grow their careers.
  • Set the Vision: Build the long-term tech roadmap. You'll decide where we invest our time and technology for the future.
  • Talk Tech: Dive into complex system designs with your team, weigh the pros and cons, and keep our platform fast, stable, and clean.
  • Deliver Together: Partner with Product and Design teams to build features our users love—and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Handle the Big Stuff: Step in to smooth things over with customers if complex technical issues pop up.

About You

  • The Experience: You have 15+ years in software engineering (mostly in fast-growing startups or tech companies) and 5+ years leading teams of 20+ people.
  • The Tech Brain: You deeply understand how to build and scale modern software (SaaS experience is a huge plus).
  • The Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving tricky problems, and don't need a rulebook to lead effectively.
