Performics India is looking for an experienced Director – E-Commerce to lead and scale our E-Commerce & Retail Media practice across marketplaces, quick commerce, and emerging retail media networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the E-Commerce & Retail Media strategy and roadmap.
- Own P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and client expansion.
- Lead senior client relationships and act as a strategic business advisor.
- Drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and emerging platforms.
- Lead innovation across Retail Media, AI, automation, analytics, and data-led solutions.
- Drive performance excellence across ROAS, CAC, incrementality, and media efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing E-Commerce, Media, Analytics & Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Search, Social, Programmatic, Analytics, Tech, Creative, and global Publicis/Performics teams.
- Contribute to new business, upsell/cross-sell, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–10+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Digital Media, or Retail Media.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with proven P&L ownership.
- Strong hands-on expertise across E-Commerce & Retail Media platforms.
- Proven track record of building teams, driving profitable growth, and managing enterprise clients.
- Experience with FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or large consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong commercial, analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Future-focused mindset with a passion for innovation, AI, automation, and emerging commerce trends.
