Job Description

You'll lead our SEO, performance marketing, marketing operations, and web development functions, driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing efficiency across all channels

  • This role blends strategy and execution perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology
  • Own the demand generation strategy develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Lead performance marketing across paid search, social, retargeting, and display to deliver predictable ROI
  • Build and scale SEO as a growth lever, driving consistent inbound pipeline through high-intent content and site optimization
  • Oversee the website as a growth asset ensure it s optimized for conversion, performance, and user experience
  • Run marketing operations own the marketing tech stack, lead tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure strong lead quality, campaign alignment, and tight feedback loops
  • Build, lead, and mentor a small, high-performing team across paid, organic, and ops functions
  • Measure what matters define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale
  • What we are looking for8 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with deep expertise in paid acquisition and SEO
  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel metrics
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and modern tech tools
  • Excellent collaboration skills you can work cross-functionally with sales, design, content, and product
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and experimentation
