Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Customer Success. The Director of Customer Success will lead and nurture a team focused on driving customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include building and managing customer relationships, overseeing account management processes, and developing strategies to enhance customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring clients achieve their goals while maximizing value from SellerMate.AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Amazon Ecosystem - Customer Service Experience is a must. Non - negotiable.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
  • Strong skills in Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience in Team Leadership, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • A focus on Customer Experience, ensuring clients achieve success and value through effective communication and tailored solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace advertising, or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer success software is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
