Scope of The Role

The Corporate Director L&D will play a strategic role in designing, implementing, and driving Learning and Development initiatives across the Organization's Hotels and Resorts.

The Company is seeking a visionary leader with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Luxury / 5-star Hospitality, who is passionate about Talent Development, L&D, Training, Organizational growth, and building a Culture of Excellence. This role will be responsible for driving the Learning & Development function across all existing properties as well as upcoming projects within the group.

The role will work closely with business leaders, functional heads, and HR teams to develop structured development frameworks that enhance employee performance and ensure consistently high guest experience standards.

Objectives of the Role

  • Enhance employee performance and productivity through structured learning and talent development initiatives.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession readiness to support sustainable organisational growth.
  • Improve guest satisfaction through consistently high service standards delivered by capable and confident teams.
  • Strengthen employee engagement and retention by providing visible career growth and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals, brand promise, and business growth plans across hotels and resorts.

Talent Management & Development

Drive structured talent management initiatives including leadership development, career pathways, succession planning, and high-potential programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to diagnose capability gaps and co-create targeted development solutions while advising leadership on future workforce skills.

Culture & Engagement

Foster a strong culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing while embedding organisational values, service standards, and leadership behaviours into all learning and talent initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field .
  • 15+ years of experience within the Hospitality Industry and adept at Training, Learning & Developmentor Talent Management roles at a Cluster / Regional / Corporate level.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering impactful training programs and career development frameworks.
  • Experience in managing L&D teams, learning budgets, and external training partners.
