Role Description
The Director of Catering Sales is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role focuses on driving catering sales by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, coordinating with clients to understand their event needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored event solutions. The individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and strive to exceed revenue targets and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Catering Sales and Sales to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Sound knowledge of Food, Experience in Catering into lavish events is a plus.
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Experience in Event Management, with the ability to plan and execute events to high standards
- Effective leadership and team management skills to guide, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry in India, specifically the Delhi region, is a significant advantage
