Position Summary

The Director of Business Operations is responsible for leading andoverseeing business operations, serving as the key link between themanufacturing and sales departments. The role focuses on improving operationalefficiency, inventory management, logistics coordination, and cross-functionalcollaboration to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and oversee business operations across manufacturing and sales functions.

. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

. Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.

. Oversee inventory planning and control, including on-hand, inbound, and in-transit inventory.

. Manage logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

. Coordinate demand and supply planning with Sales and Manufacturing teams.

. Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, business operations, or supply chain management.

. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Good knowledge of inventory, logistics, and operational management.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
