We are looking for a highly driven Business Development leader with strong experience in new client acquisition for recruitment/staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, closing recruitment deals, and building long-term client relationships across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition for recruitment and staffing services
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, references, and outbound sales
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful delivery
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry
- Strong network and proven client acquisition track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in handling enterprise and mid-size clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional comfortable working remotely
