The Director of Sales will be responsible for India Sales through Brand activation, engaging and building IDA's Network, private preview/ events, marketing & collaboration etc
Job Skills
- Candidate should possess a strong network & relationship with an Interior Designer doing high-end residential projects.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/ Interior Designers doing high-end residential projects.
- Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media, and Interior design-based groups & Organisations
- Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in the Luxury, Art & Design Industry.
- An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
- Experience in planning & executing high-end events & Private Previews.

Major responsibilities:
- Planning & execution to achieve the Annual sales target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals to achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets, yet maintaining Brand positioning.
- Introduce, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, architects focused on high-end residential projects.
- Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tour/discussions for sales growth.
- Collaboratively strategize with the India team & execute marketing plans to build the Trunks company Brand in India.
- Identifies & expands the relationship with IDA's network beyond India.
- Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art & Design exhibitions.
- Strategize & acquire UHNI/ HNI clients and maintain an exceptional relationship with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.
- Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artists, and like-minded brands.
- Regular meetings with the Brand Director & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with the quarterly sales target.
- Other duties and special projects as requested by the Founder.
PR & Communication (Candidate preferred who is willing to take additional PR & Communication responsibilities)
- Developing & implementing effective PR & Media strategy to get high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
- Representing the Brand to media, at events, interviews, etc., and serving as the primary point of contact for PR inquiries in India.
Collaboratively strategizing & implementing PR & Communication campaign for India, including but not limited to crafting compelling press materials, press releases, articles, and other media/PR content.
Education
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing & Communication/ Interior Design/ Luxury, or related fields.
