Role Description

This is an on-site full time role for a Director of Business Development located in Pune, India. The Director will assist in forming and nurturing relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, collaborating on business proposals, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, planning business logistics for conferences & events, and supporting overall business strategy. The role involves actively engaging with CXOs and contributing innovative ideas for impactful and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Knowledge of Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives
• Skills in Contract Negotiation and client relationship management
• Familiarity with Account Management and maintaining strong client partnerships
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with latest AI trends and business initiatives is a plus
• Completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
