We're looking for a strategic product leader who can see patterns others miss, shape ambiguous problems into compelling product visions, and build AI capabilities that create genuine competitive advantage for our clients and our organization.
About the Role
This isn't a traditional product management role. You won't be managing a single product roadmap or optimizing conversion funnels. Instead, you'll operate at the intersection of client delivery, internal innovation, and strategic capability building identifying where our teams are solving the same problems in different ways, recognizing opportunities to build reusable accelerators, and conceptualizing new AI products from scratch. You'll work across our organization to find synergies between client engagements, synthesize insights from delivery teams, and transform one-off solutions into scalable capabilities. The best candidate will bring strategic vision, strong product instincts, and the ability to drive alignment across teams that may not naturally want to consolidate their approaches.
Responsibilities
- Shape Problems, Not Just Solutions
- Work with engagement teams across financial services, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, and insurance to identify recurring patterns and underlying problems that suggest platform opportunities.
- Reframe client requests and delivery challenges into strategic product opportunities that create leverage across multiple domains.
- Distinguish between symptoms and root causes understanding when clients are asking for features but actually need a different approach entirely.
- Navigate ambiguous, incomplete information to make reasoned recommendations about what to build, what to consolidate, and what to sunset.
- Drive Product Vision & Strategy
- Conceptualize AI accelerators and products from scratch defining core capabilities, technical architecture, differentiation, and evolution roadmaps.
- Develop product strategies that balance building for immediate client needs with creating long-term platform value.
- Make opinionated choices about what makes our solutions different from just using ChatGPT or off-the-shelf tools.
- Create compelling narratives that help internal stakeholders and clients understand why a particular approach will succeed.
- Define MVP scope and multi-phase roadmaps that sequence capabilities intelligently based on dependencies, risk, and business value.
- Build Cross-Organizational Alignment
- Partner with delivery teams, sales, and client-facing leaders to identify opportunities for capability consolidation and standardization.
- Navigate organizational dynamics where teams have built their own solutions and may resist consolidation.
- Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to find the path that creates the most value.
- Work with technical teams to integrate new capabilities into existing product architecture and client delivery processes.
- Identify which team leads, client sponsors, and internal stakeholders you need to influence to drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Own Go-to-Market & Validation
- Design validation approaches to test product concepts before full investment including pilots, prototypes, and client feedback sessions.
- Develop pricing strategies and business models appropriate for both productized offerings and services-led engagements.
- Define target client profiles and industry segments where capabilities will have the most impact.
- Create sales enablement materials and internal positioning that helps teams understand when and how to leverage new capabilities.
- Work with marketing and sales to bring new accelerators and products to market effectively.
- Execute with Rigor
- Make explicit assumptions and identify critical unknowns that could change your recommendations.
- Balance strategic vision with practical execution understanding team constraints, budget realities, and time-to-market pressures.
- Prioritize ruthlessly across competing opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.
- Know when to consolidate existing solutions, when to build from scratch, and when to partner or integrate with external platforms.
- Track product performance and iterate based on client feedback, delivery team input, and business metrics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, product strategy, or similar roles with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and launch products or platforms.
- 12+ years of experience building AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise solutions bonus if you've worked in both product companies and services organizations.
- Track record of identifying non-obvious patterns across disparate problems and synthesizing them into coherent product strategies.
- Ability to think in systems and platforms, not just features understanding how capabilities can compound and create network effects.
- Comfort working in ambiguity with incomplete information, making reasoned assumptions, and adjusting as you learn more.
