Leadership
Nalin, Anil, and Abhineet are IIT Bombay alumni and serial entrepreneurs. Their success stories include – Oyo, Ola, Holachef, Inrea, and Sodel Solutions. Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, real-time predictive technologies and algorithms, primarily Adtech, Consumer Marketing, and Media, and growing eCommerce brands.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM from a tier-1 institute preferred, especially with specialization in finance, strategy, or marketing.
Years of Experience:
- 5 –10 years total experience.
- At least 5+ years and proven track record of closing large bank partnerships as a lead in- fintech, payments, lending, banks, or NBFC.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-potential digital lenders with a business potential exceeding 100 Cr per month.
- Maintain a robust and qualified prospect pipeline across banks to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end deal structuring and commercialization, including opportunity sizing, product–market fit assessment, BRD and user story development, pricing, SLAs, and revenue-sharing models — ensuring timely internal and external approvals.
- Drive NDA execution, data evaluation, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with product, risk, technology, and compliance teams to advance partner onboarding.
- Oversee seamless transition to the tech team with complete API documentation, version sequencing, and phased product launch planning.
- Continuously track competitive landscape and market trends to identify next wave partners and expand the company's strategic footprint across new initiatives.
Hands-on skills:
- Demonstrate strong partner identification and relationship-building skills through effective industry wide events, networking, prospecting and conducting partner meetings and product demos.
- Conceptualize and pitch innovative product constructs and embedded lending solutions such as credit-on-UPI, co-lending, and purchase finance models.
- Lead commercial structuring, including business plan development, P&L ownership, and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Engage and negotiate confidently with CXO-level stakeholders across banks and ecosystem partners.
- Maintain deep awareness of the competitive landscape and market dynamics while building and sustaining a live, high-quality pipeline.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities to estimate addressable market size, and build data-backed business cases.
- Exhibit excellent communication and documentation skills across contracts, BRDs, decks, and product-market fit and roadmap presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
