Director – Digital Delivery / BIM Operations

We are hiring for a high-impact Digital Delivery leadership role in Bangalore for a global construction and engineering environment.

Role: Director – Digital Delivery / BIM Operations

Location: Bangalore

Looking for a strong technical and operational leader who can build, scale, and lead large BIM/VDC production teams supporting U.S. construction projects.

Key Expectations:

• Lead and manage a 50+ member BIM/VDC production team

• Drive Revit-based modeling delivery across LOD 350–400 and fabrication-level detailing

• Establish BIM standards, QA/QC processes, workflows, and delivery governance

• Coordinate closely with U.S. project teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders

• Improve delivery efficiency, automation, scalability, and operational performance

• Mentor technical managers, BIM leads, and production teams

• Handle large-scale construction programs across sectors such as:

• Hospitals

• Universities

• Airports

• Commercial Buildings

• Mixed-use developments

Must Have Experience:

• Strong experience in BIM/VDC delivery leadership

• Deep expertise in Revit production environments

• Exposure to U.S. construction documentation standards is mandatory

• Experience managing offshore/global delivery teams

• Knowledge of BIM automation, workflow optimization, Dynamo/API tools, or related digital initiatives preferred

• Ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on delivery head

Ideal Background:

1. Technical BIM execution
2. Large-scale delivery operations and people management

This is not a coordination-only role.
