Role Overview

Director of Marketing :

We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing with a proven track record of scaling B2B brands across the US market. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, leading a high-performing team to accelerate pipeline growth, enhance brand equity, and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate brings an intersection of experiences across Digital Agencies, Technology Services, and SaaS ecosystems, knowing exactly how to build high-converting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engines and complex demand generation funnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel GTM strategies tailored for the US geography to drive high-value client acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and scale the internal marketing team and external agency partners, fostering a culture of high performance and data-driven experimentation.
  • Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across paid, organic, and account-based channels with strict tracking of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and scale 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, partnering closely with the Sales/BD teams.
  • Inbound & Paid Engines: Oversee comprehensive SEO and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) roadmaps to steadily lower customer acquisition costs while driving organic visibility.
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Supercharge executive thought leadership, organic content distribution, and highly segmented LinkedIn Paid Ads targeting decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
  • Content, Outreach & Event Marketing
  • Webinar & Event Marketing: Conceptualize and host high-impact webinars, panel discussions, and virtual events that establish thought leadership and act as bottom-of-funnel conversion tools.
  • Email Outreach & Nurturing: Architect cold outreach and warm automated email nurturing campaigns that guide prospects seamlessly through the buyer's journey.
  • Marketing Automation: Optimize our MarTech stack (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) to map user journeys, trigger behavioral workflows, and provide multi-touch attribution reporting.

Candidate Profile (Required Qualifications)

  • Experience: 10+ years of core B2B Digital Marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience working inside a Digital Agency, Technology Services Company, or SaaS Platform is mandatory.
  • Geography: Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing campaigns specifically for the US Market, with a deep understanding of US buyer personas and cultural nuances.
  • Core Toolkit: Expertise across LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), Email/Outreach tools, Google Suite (PPC/Analytics), and marketing automation architectures.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly data-reliant. Ability to translate raw performance data into clear growth insights for executive leadership.
