Roles & responsibilities
- The Director will lead large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized independent engagements in financial services operations environment including new client onboarding for individual and institutional clients
- .The role will manage a team of 300+ in the delivery of services across multiple clients either in same geography or cross geograph
- Build an understanding of various technology platforms used to support the client delivery with a focus on process standardization and improvement to ensure our services are delivered to a high quality at low cost
- .Own and drive People Agenda encompassing, Colleague Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Resourcing, Retention & Attrition and similar key themes

Requirement
- 18+ yrs of experience in an operational environment (KYC, AML, CDD), minimum 8 years of managing a large team (300+)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with expsoure in budgeting, forecasting and planning in an operational environme
- ntPreferred background in Financial services industry, with exposure to Banking Operations and Risk Management, under the ambit ofglobal service delivery set-up
