The Global Edge group leaders within Oil and New Energies require a Director of LNG Marketing and Origination for a flagship LNG client

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new LNG sales, purchase, offtake, tolling, portfolio optimization, and structured supply opportunities
• Develop senior-level relationships with LNG buyers, sellers, traders, utilities, producers, aggregators, government-linked companies, and strategic partners
• Originate, structure, and negotiate LNG transactions including SPAs, HOAs, MSPAs, spot cargoes, medium-term supply agreements, DES/FOB structures, and other commercial arrangements

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in LNG, natural gas, energy marketing, commodity trading, origination, commercial development, or related energy markets
• Strong understanding of LNG markets across Asia-Pacific, including Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, China, India, and emerging LNG demand markets
• Proven experience originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing LNG or gas commercial agreements
• Strong knowledge of LNG SPAs, offtake agreements, spot and term cargoes, LNG pricing, shipping/logistics, credit, and portfolio optimization
• Established network across LNG buyers, sellers, traders, utilities, producers, portfolio players, or government-linked energy companies
