About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for the position of Director - Industrial & Logistics Leasing. The role involves leading leasing strategy, business development, occupier acquisition, and revenue generation for large-scale industrial and logistics assets across India. The ideal candidate should possess deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and proven leadership experience in industrial and warehousing real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead leasing strategy and business expansion for industrial parks, warehousing, and logistics assets.
- Drive revenue generation through occupier acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, e-commerce companies, manufacturers, 3PL players, IPCs, and institutional clients.
- Manage end-to-end leasing lifecycle including sourcing, negotiations, commercials, legal coordination, and closures.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging industrial corridors, and expansion strategies.
- Work closely with investment, land acquisition, project, and asset management teams for business growth.
- Build and mentor high-performing leasing teams across regions.
- Develop annual leasing plans, revenue forecasts, and occupancy strategies.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure achievement of leasing targets, portfolio occupancy, and profitability objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Industrial & Logistics leasing, warehousing, or commercial real estate.
- Strong network with occupiers, developers, IPCs, institutional investors, and logistics companies.
- Proven leadership experience in handling large leasing mandates and teams.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of industrial corridors, warehousing demand, BTS developments, and supply chain infrastructure.
- Demonstrated track record of large-value leasing transactions and strategic closures.
