Position: Director – Accurate College of Law

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader to head our Law College. The Director will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and strategic leadership of the law programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies while driving excellence in teaching, research, and industry integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Law college with full operational responsibility
- Ensure compliance with Bar Council of India (BCI) and other regulatory norms
- Develop and implement academic strategies, curriculum planning, and program development
- Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and staff
- Drive student admissions, outreach, and branding initiatives
- Build strong industry, legal fraternity, and institutional partnerships
- Oversee academic quality, research initiatives, moot courts, and co-curricular activities
- Manage budgets, infrastructure, and overall administration of the law school
- Establish the institution as a centre of excellence in legal education
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- LL.M. (Ph.D. in Law )
- Minimum 15 years of experience in legal academia / related field
- At least 5 years in a leadership role (Dean/Director/HOD) will be preferred
- Proven experience in independently running or managing a law college/university department
- Strong understanding of BCI regulations, accreditation, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability in admissions growth, academic planning, and institutional development
- All other eligibilities as per Bar Council Of India
