Director IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and architect AWS solutions, including EC2, VPC, VPN, EBS, Route53, Security Groups, S3, CloudFormation, etc.
• Propose cloud designs for new clients and offerings.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS, cloud security, and automation.
• Perform internal and external audits; assess and improve security metrics.
• Document, implement, and monitor adherence to IT security standards, policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Monitor and manage IDS, vulnerability scanning, SIEM tools, and security operations.
• Manage cloud and container security, endpoint security, and infrastructure hardening.
• Conduct penetration testing and manage vulnerability management, patch management, and incident response.
• Lead security automation and orchestration initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure security integration in the software development lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and technology vision to the IT Cloud and Security teams.
