Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of IQAC at IMS Unison University. The Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and policies, conducting regular assessments and audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements, including NAAC and NIRF rankings. The Director will oversee the continuous improvement of academic programs and support administrative and academic departments in enhancing the quality of education.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• NET qualified.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector in higher education.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance frameworks and practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and policies.
• Ability to conduct assessments, audits, and evaluations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with NAAC/NBA accreditation processes is a must.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and requirements.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
