Job Description

Role Summary:

The People Analytics function plays a critical role in delivering actionable and high impact insights that continuously drive the organization towards achieving its business goals. With the right mix of People, Process and Technology, the function must be capable of answering any workforce question quickly, accurately, and with the business in mind.

The Global People Analytics leader is both business-oriented and technically-savvy and leverages his capability to ensure the following

  • Collaboration and consensus across the reporting and analytics team, HR, IT and the business with respect to all aspects of people data and analytics.
  • Collaborate with People Solution (HR) leaders and the business to build, implement and maintain the technology infrastructure needed to help the team answer key business questions and deliver strategic value at the right time and cost.
  • Effective communication of findings and business recommendations from the data to executives, people leaders, HR Community etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15 years or more working experience (primarily across Retail & Service sectors)
  • Minimum 7 years related experience in an Associate Director, Director or a similar role managing PS/HR Analytics team is required.
  • MBA or Data Science masters or similar is preferred.
  • Technology implementation and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology to improve business performance.
  • Solid experience working with data and analytics and managing workforce analytics.
  • Experience with cloud-based people analytics solutions.
  • Experience in data forecasting, modeling, and scenario development.
  • Experience in People / HR Analytics.
  • Experience in exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience of multicultural and/or equity, inclusion, and diversity consulting experience.
  • Experience in BI & Analytics Platforms like PowerBI, Tableau or Domo highly preferred.
