Your responsibilities as a Director Human Resource Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Business Heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
2. Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Lead performance management processes across assigned business units
- Identify high-potential talent and create leadership pipelines
3. Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive learning & development interventions aligned to business needs
- Lead change management initiatives during restructuring, transformation, or growth phases
- Improve employee engagement and drive culture-building initiatives
- Facilitate leadership capability enhancement programs
4. Employee Relations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage complex employee relations matters with maturity and discretion
- Uphold ethical standards and governance practices
5. HR Analytics & Metrics
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (attrition, productivity, engagement, cost metrics)
- Present periodic HR dashboards to senior leadership
- Drive actionable insights from data analytics
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs
- Build capability within the HR function
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative HR culture
You will fit right in if you have
- 1516 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering preferably from Media Industry
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Postgraduate in HR / MBA (HR) from a reputed institute preferred.
