Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery
- Lead and manage all HR Shared Services functions including Onboarding , Global Mobility, employee data management, HRIS and employee Helpdesk
- Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across all business units and geographies
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Streamline HR processes and drive standardization across the organization
- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals
- Act as a key liaison between HR, business units, and external service providers
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goal.
Experience:
- 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR Shared Services leadership
- Proven track record in building and scaling shared services organizations
- Strong expertise in HR operations, Onboarding ,HR compliance, and HRIS
- Exceptional leadership, process improvement, and change management skills
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
