Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Drive decisions through HR analytics and insights (wage bill, manpower planning).
- Talent &Organizational Planning:
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with CoEs for Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, OD, and L&D.
- Program Management & Projects:
- Manage large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives.
- Align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Employee Experience & Culture:
- Champion initiatives to enhance engagement and culture.
- Drive diversity and inclusion programs aligned with business needs.
- People Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals (2 GMs and extended HR team).
- Build capability within HR for analytics, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience: 12-15 years in HR with at least 3-5 years in a strategic HRBP role for large-scale businesses.
- Industry: High-growth environments such as FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Tech.
- Proven track record in organizational planning, HR analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to CoE functions and ability to collaborate across HR verticals.
