Director - HR Business Partner (Technology GCC)

Our client is a large global MNC known for its innovation-driven culture, strong market presence, and focus on building world-class talent. As part of their growth journey, they are looking for a strategic HR leader as a business partner to drive their next phase of growth.

Roles and Responsibilites

Reporting into CHRO, you'll work closely with business leaders in India and abroad to drive the strategic HR agenda for the business function.

Leading a team of HRBPs, you will be responsible for:

• Driving business engagement enabling strong business growth.
• Influence global leaders and create visibility for the function.
• Act as a thought partner for the business leaders and work on driving strategic HR agenda including organization design, succession planning, performance management etc.
• Work with HR COEs to enhance employee experience and drive key people initiatives.

Skills and qualifications

• Tier-1 MBA (XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD etc.) with 12 to 18 years experience working with an MNC organization.
• Prior experience of working as a HR business partner to technology teams of 1000+ in a product organization is a must.
• Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a global environment.
• Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.
