Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR analytics and reporting professionals to deliver accurate and timely workforce insights.
- Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, metrics, and scorecards for HR and business decisions.
- Drive a tiered service delivery model for reporting, ensuring effective intake management and stakeholder communication.
- Define and advance predictive and advanced analytics for workforce planning and business insights.
- Standardize recurring reports (attrition, headcount, hiring, DEI, span of control).
- Collaborate with HR leadership, HRBPs, CoEs, and Finance to identify and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with IT and vendors to optimize data architecture and systems integration.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster growth, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Promote data self-service, improve data literacy, and expand dashboard adoption across HR.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Support strategic analytics projects such as workforce planning, predictive modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in analytics, reporting, or HRIS with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in managing global reporting operations/shared services.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday reporting (advanced reports, calculated fields, security).
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
