Job Description
Strategic Leadership and Governance Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies, policies, and procedures across all organizational operations while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
Client Requirement Management and Implementation Manage day-to-day client HSSE requirements, coordinate implementation of client-specific safety protocols, conduct regular client consultations, and ensure seamless integration of client standards with organizational HSSE programs.
Regulatory Compliance Management Oversee compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, maintaining current knowledge of evolving legislation and industry standards.
Risk Assessment and Management Lead systematic identification, evaluation, and mitigation of HSSE risks through comprehensive risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementation of preventive measures across client sites and internal operations.
Emergency Response Planning Design and maintain robust emergency response protocols, business continuity plans, and crisis management procedures, including coordination with external emergency services, clients, and stakeholders.
Training and Culture Development Establish organization-wide HSSE training programs, promote safety culture initiatives, and ensure all personnel receive appropriate education on health, safety, security, and environmental practices, including client-specific requirements.
Incident Investigation and Reporting Manage comprehensive incident reporting systems, conduct thorough investigations of accidents, near-misses, and security breaches, and implement corrective actions while maintaining transparent communication with affected clients.
Environmental Stewardship Oversee environmental management programs including waste reduction, sustainability initiatives, carbon footprint management, and environmental impact assessments for business operations and client projects.
Performance Monitoring and Client Reporting Establish and track key performance indicators for HSSE programs, conduct regular audits and assessments, provide detailed reporting to executive leadership and clients, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and HSSE performance.
