Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for the ABL800 portfolio, aligned with corporate strategy and unmet customer needs.
- Develop clinical, customer, and competitive positioning and messaging for the ABL800 portfolio and drive adoption across the organization.
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and frontline associates to incorporate voice of customer and voice of associates into strategic planning and concept development.
Global Product Management:
- Define and implement standard work for global product and portfolio management.
- Integrate assay, software, and instrument considerations into full solution management for the portfolio.
- Manage the product lifecycle to improve growth and profitability, including geographic expansion, registration continuity, supply reliability, end-of-life planning, and price realization.
Cross-Functional and Team Leadership:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, PMO, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Commercial, RA/QA) to align innovation strategies and translate opportunities into actionable target product profiles and development plans.
- Collaborate with Market & Business Intelligence to inform product and portfolio adjustments and strategic pivots.
