Director, Fund Services

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Develop local clients and ensure smooth implementation and operation of business processes.
• Establish close connections with local Singapore clients, China enterprises representative offices in Singapore, and Chinese enterprises expanding globally.
• Define key job roles, recruit qualified marketing and customer service personnel, and build up the sales team.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of all business lines of the Singapore office and identify opportunities for business collaboration.
• Understand the Singapore market landscape, regulatory environment, as well as the core market positioning of custody and fund administration services.
• Manage client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient business operations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fund services, fund administration, custody services, asset servicing, or related financial services
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders
