Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with Senior Manager-level or equivalent scope and demonstrated readiness for Director-level responsibilities
• Direct experience in BPO, staffing, shared services, or EOR business models, strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in building an FP&A function or reporting infrastructure from scratch, rather than solely operating an inherited, mature function
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with SQL and/or Python skills considered a strong advantage
• Hands-on fluency withAI tools for finance automation, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent platforms
• Experience operating across multi-entity, multi-currency, and cross-border structures
• High tolerance for ambiguity and autonomy, with the ability to operate under executive visibility and with minimal initial team support
• CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification, preferred but not required
• Flexibility to meet with the Global CFO during visits to India

Responsibilities

Build the FP&A Function from the Ground Up

• Design and own the monthly reporting package, including flash results, actuals versus budget, rolling forecasts, and management commentary
• Establish rolling forecasting and annual budgeting cycles with defined calendars, templates, and ownership by account or vertical
• Build board presentations and sponsor reporting packs, including budget-versus-actual and prior-year variance bridges supported by driver-level commentary

Design the KPI Architecture for a Staffing and EOR Model

• Define and implement KPIs specific to offshore staffing and EOR economics, including revenue per FTE or seat, bill-rate-to-pay-rate spread, utilization, bench cost, voluntary and involuntary attrition, cost per hire, and time to fill
• Track gross margin by account, vertical, and geography, alongside EBITDA bridges, contract renewals, logo retention, net revenue retention, DSO, and cash conversion
• Build automated, self-service dashboards connected directly to source systems
• Replace one-off spreadsheet requests with a consistent KPI layer accessible to Sales, Delivery, and Operations
• Maintain standardized KPI definitions as the single source of truth across Finance, Sales, and Delivery

Operate AI-First

• Build financial models, automation solutions, and dashboards personally before requesting additional headcount
• Use AI-assisted tools, Python, and SQL where appropriate to shorten the close-to-report cycle and eliminate manual data handling
• Develop solutions within the existing Microsoft 365 environment, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Outlook
• Avoid introducing parallel, standalone tools that require additional organization-wide adoption
• Own the FP&A automation roadmap, including automation priorities, build-versus-buy decisions, and assessments of where AI can reduce headcount requirements

Build and Lead the Team - Phase 2

• Hire and lead a lean FP&A team once the reporting architecture and KPI framework are proven
• Align additional headcount with demonstrated work that cannot be absorbed through automated infrastructure
• Establish a clear growth path toward Head of Corporate Finance as the function and company scale
