A Director of Quantum Education Sales and Marketing drives revenue and brand awareness for quantum computing training programs by developing strategic partnerships with universities, governments, and corporate clients. This leader bridges technical expertise with market demand, managing cross-functional teams to build EdTech sales, content strategies, and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and sales models to increase market share for quantum training initiatives.
- Sales & Business Development: Own top-line enrollment/sales targets, guiding high-value deals and managing partnerships in academic and corporate sectors.
- Marketing & Content Strategy: Define the market story, creating marketing assets, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content to establish market leadership.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor teams including Sales Specialists, Telecounselors, and Marketing staff.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with universities, research institutes, and technology companies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive threats to inform product development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in EdTech, deep-tech, or quantum technology.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of quantum computing, AI, or advanced technology concepts to effectively communicate value propositions.
