As the Director leading DFRC's FRM consulting practice, you will define the strategic vision, build capabilities, skills and assets, establish and expand market presence, lead CXO/ customer discussions and proposals and drive end to end execution of credit, market, liquidity & counterparty credit risk, capital management, regulatory and risk transformation programs and initiative across banking and financial services.
Role Requirements
Client Advisory
Lead Consulting engagements in credit risk modeling (PD/LGD/EAD), IFRS 9 / CECL, Market & liquidity risk frameworks, stress testing, ICAAP/ILAAP, Capital adequacy, Basel III/IV regulatory reporting.
Act as a strategic advisor to CROs, CFOs, and senior risk leaders on supervisory expectations, regulatory developments, and emerging industry practices.
Solution Design & Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Initiatives
Design endtoend FRM solutions tailored for retail/wholesale/CIB portfolios, and other risk functions across credit, market, liquidity, and capital risk domains
Oversee the development of ProofofConcept (PoC) models and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility of new methodologies, analytics, or regulatory approaches
Leadership & Team building
Build high-performing teams and lead a multi-level team of consultants, managers, and specialists across FRM domains, operate with autonomy, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Develop practice capabilities through structured training, hiring, engagement rotations, and domain knowledge frameworks.
Asset Development & GTM
Create consulting accelerators, offers, playbooks, and demo environments to support asset-based consulting and GTM initiatives.
Business Development & Pre Sales
Lead business development initiatives-including opportunity identification, proposal creation, client presentations, and solution shaping.
Develop differentiated service offerings, accelerators, diagnostic tools, and thought leadership to strengthen market presence
Stakeholder Engagement
Build executive relationships and collaborate with technology partners integrate leading Data platforms.
