About The Finance Advisory Team

We are looking for a senior finance leader to drive large-scale finance delivery across shared services/GBS environments, with a strong focus on execution, transitions, and transformation. The role will primarily anchor delivery across finance towers (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A), while also leading solutioning, migrations, and operating model design for clients/business units. The individual is expected to bring a strong mix of delivery rigor, client handling, and transformation mindset.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced F&A professional to drive high-impact financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across the firm. The role is anchored in strong delivery ownership, with a clear mandate to build scalable, insight-led F&A processes and progressively drive solutioning and finance transformation initiatives.

This is a leadership role requiring a balance of operational rigor, stakeholder influence, and the ability to reimagine finance as a strategic partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management (Primary Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end finance delivery across R2R, P2P, O2C and F&A towers
  • Manage large teams (200+/global teams) and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
  • Drive monthly close, MIS reporting, performance tracking, and governance cadence
  • Ensure productivity improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement
  • Handle client governance, escalations, and stakeholder management

Transition & Migration


  • Lead end-to-end transitions/migrations from onshore to offshore / GCC setups
  • Manage KT, process stabilization, ramp-up, and hypercare phases
  • Drive smooth transition with minimal business disruption
  • Build scalable delivery models for multi-geo finance operations

Solutioning & Presales


  • Support RFPs, client pitches, and deal solutioning for finance outsourcing / GCC setups
  • Design target operating models (TOMs) aligned to client requirements
  • Work with leadership on commercial models, FTE sizing, and pricing discussions
  • Act as a trusted partner to CFOs and business heads

Transformation & Automation


  • Drive finance transformation initiatives across towers
  • Lead process improvements, standardization, and automation (RPA, AI, ERP)
  • Set up COE models and best practices within delivery
  • Improve overall shift from transactional to value-added finance

Stakeholder & Team Leadership


  • Engage with global clients, CFOs, and senior leadership teams
  • Build strong mid-management layer and succession pipeline
  • Drive people development, training, and capability building
  • Lead change management in large transformation programs

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

  • CA / MBA with 18–25 years of experience
  • Strong background in GBS / Shared Services / BPO / GCC environments
  • Experience managing large delivery portfolios (multi-tower finance)
  • Proven exposure to transitions, migrations, and global delivery models
  • Hands-on experience in solutioning / presales / RFP support
  • Exposure to automation tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and transformation initiatives
