Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient operations and accurate reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Collaborate with other departments to optimise resource allocation and cost management

The Successful Applicant

Qualified CA
15-18 years of post-qualification experience
Proven expertise in financial management within the FMCG industry (preference)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
