About The Opportunity

Operating at the intersection of wealth management, private investment, and family governance, we serve ultra-high-net-worth families across India by designing and executing bespoke financial, legal, and legacy strategies. Our practice blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution—structuring family offices that protect capital, align generations, and drive impact-driven wealth deployment. We work closely with patriarchs, matriarchs, next-gen leaders, and external advisors to build institutions, not just portfolios.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end family office design: governance frameworks, investment mandates, succession planning, and cross-border compliance.
Develop and monitor multi-asset, multi-generational wealth strategies—including private equity, real estate, impact investing, and liquidity management.
Act as principal advisor to family councils, facilitating alignment on values, mission, and legacy goals across generations.
Oversee fiduciary operations: financial reporting, tax optimization, entity structuring, and risk mitigation with external legal & accounting partners.
Build and manage a curated ecosystem of external advisors—family lawyers, estate planners, philanthropy consultants, and wealth tech partners.
Drive operational excellence: establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance rhythms that ensure transparency, accountability, and agility.
