Job Description

The Director – ERP will lead the University's ERP strategy, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of academic, administrative, finance, HR, admissions, examination, and student lifecycle processes through a robust ERP ecosystem. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, academic departments, and technology teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Professional Skills

Strong understanding of higher education ERP modules.
Expertise in Moodle LMS administration and integration.
Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
SQL databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
