DIRECTOR (ENGINEERING STAFF COLLEGE OF INDIA)

Director is the academic as well as the administrative head and is expected to have proven administrative capabilities, with an excellent academic / industrial background with leadership qualities, to head an Institution of National importance.

PROFILE

A) Graduate degree in Engineering and/or Technology, preferably with Post Graduate degree in Engineering and/or Technology / Management / Ph D.

B) Minimum 20 years of experience out of which 5 years as Head of an Academic Institute / in very senior position in R&D establishments / Private or Public Undertakings / Government Organizations.

C) Experience of conducting focused training programmes leading to skill development and certification.

The appointment will be on contractual basis for a period of three years extendable upto two years as per usual terms and conditions.

CTC : ` 18 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable for exceptional candidates).
