Director Engineering Services

Looking for a seasoned professional to Lead a Global Engineering Centre for Digital Buildings for Global region, managing a large member engineering team delivering large-scale BMS engineering services. Responsible for strategy, delivery excellence, technology adoption, and talent development.

The role is responsible for setting and executing the engineering centre's strategy in alignment with business goals, driving operational excellence through scalable and standardized delivery models, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution with strong customer satisfaction. It champions the adoption of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, and cloud platforms, while building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing engineering team. The position also requires close collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and compliant engineering services, while ensuring strict adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

10+ Yrs experience in BMS or building automation systems is must.
