Director- Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and availability.
• Build and nurture a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
• Define and implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
• Develop roadmaps, manage headcount, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Motivate team members, set objectives, review performance, define growth plans, and guide career development.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, test managers, database teams, and quality teams to deliver features, releases, and technical PoCs.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects.
• Own hiring, grooming, and technical development of team members.
• Proactively identify improvement areas and suggest solutions related to people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with other technical managers and leaders to build integrated enterprise-class software product suites for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients.
