The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead high-performing engineering teams in the design and delivery of scalable, AI-enabled solutions that redefine digital transformation at Teleperformance.
This is not a purely administrative role; it requires a leader who balances deep technical mastery with sophisticated delivery management. You will bridge the gap between abstract AI research and production-grade software, ensuring that our AI/ML integrations are reliable, secure, and built on a foundation of engineering excellence.
The Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and technical rigor.
- Lead the development of distributed systems and microservices that serve as the backbone for TP.ai's global AI initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-quality software solutions.
- Enforce modern engineering practices, DevSecOps standards, and strict AI governance frameworks to ensure every deployment is secure and compliant.
- Oversee the lifecycle of production environments, championing observability, monitoring, and rapid incident response to maintain platform reliability.
- Drive the engineering roadmap for AI/ML integration patterns, ensuring data pipelines and APIs are optimized for speed and scalability.
The Qualifications
- Extensive background in high-level development using Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Proven track record of building and managing distributed systems and microservices architectures at global scale.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to enable rapid, high-quality releases.
- Strong understanding of logging frameworks and production monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK, Prometheus).
- Practical knowledge of integrating AI/ML models into software platforms via APIs and scalable data pipelines.
- Ability to manage the engineering complexities unique to data-driven platforms, including high-throughput processing and model serving.
- Skilled at translating technical debt, risks, and architectural needs into terms that business stakeholders understand.
- Deep experience leading teams within Agile frameworks to deliver iterative value.
